The room was nicely renovated with 2 queen beds and all essentials, the food offered was tasty, and the location was fantastic.

The hotel's proximity to Gammage Auditorium, just a short 4-6 minute walk away, was very convenient.

Cozy room features coffee/tea making machines, a chill sitting area, and a handy writing desk. Plus, the bed is as comfy as it gets! Also, super convenient location just steps away from Mill Avenue and the 3rd St LRT station. Easy access to the airport and downtown area nearby 🚉.

The location was ideal, relatively close to a public university.

Great location right across the street from the ASU campus for events. Near Tempe downtown, Arizona State University, and restaurants. Nice design and well-kept room. Magnificent view of "A" Mountain and parts of Tempe from the window.

Conveniently located near the airport and within walking distance of Mill Ave. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfy bed and spacious shower. Nice touches like a fridge and Keurig in the room. a great choice for those looking to explore the college night scene.

The bathtub was peeling and had been patched several times. Looked unsightly.

Location to ASU

Shower did not work right and had to change rooms because the bathroom got flooded. No chairs on balcony. Limited television stations. One station had no sound. Nothing to do at the hotel.

The room was beautifully decorated, stylish and had facilities one might need. The staff were extremely friendly and flexible too.

Pet-friendly hotel with flexible staff and beautiful views of "A " Mountain and parts of Tempe. Comfy beds in our a double room. Easy check-in, parking onsite. Lovely pool to relax in too.

This place is in a great location, close to everything we wanted to visit. The staff here are super friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The room amenities were excellent, with a cozy sitting area and a balcony to enjoy the view. The hotel also offers a range of services such as car hire and laundry, making our stay even more convenient. We were impressed with the outdoor pool area, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. we had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Internet access did not work - spent 45 minutes on the phone with tech support who could not get me connected. Also, ridiculously loud street noise. Also, very loud ac noise that clicked on and off all night.

Across the street from ASU. Next to the Gammage Theater and close enough to walk to restaurants, shops and hike up "A" mountain.

I was impressed by how accommodating the hotel was with my unexpected extended stay due to a family member's hospitalization. The staff was so compassionate and helpful during a difficult time. I would recommend staying at Graduate for their excellent service.
